‘Men Of Straw’ is a concoction of 12 songs of which one surprised reviewer commented ‘These songs all have an individual identity’ so if you're looking for songs that sit within what you might expect to hear then this is not an album for you. Recorded via Logic Pro X (Phew!) Except ‘The Major’ which was recorded live in Molina Del Rey yoga retreat via the camera of Deryck Banks (You Tube)

Chimera is a collection of songs recorded over a very long period of time. For instance ‘Questions’ was recorded live on some guy’s tape deck at the back of the hall way back in 1979! ‘In Bed With Sigmund’ and ‘Anyway You Slice It’ at home, ham-fistedly by me, on a Foster 4 track tape deck circa 1995 and shunted thru various formats before arriving on here somewhat squeezed as a result. I’m hopeful that whatever quality the songs may have is retained. Others thanks to Jim Riley (Ranscombe Studios plus his brilliant guitar work!) For me with time pressing so hard and much still to do, they just had to go out. Thanks also to Dan Lucas (Anchor Baby)
